Through Stamford Capital Investments (SCIM), we provide clients with access to a discretionary balance sheet – a complementary model that gives us the flexibility to assist clients across any position in the capital stack.
SCIM focuses on partnering with experienced sponsors to deliver ground-up developments and value-add repositioning opportunities. As a sector-agnostic investor, SCIM has the flexibility to structure tailored capital solutions aligned to the specific requirements of each project and sponsor.
With the ability to deploy capital across senior debt, mezzanine or preferred equity, SCIM can fund up to 100% of total development costs where appropriate. This capacity allows us to move decisively, structure creatively and provide certainty of execution for our partners.
